David Hood begins this message by likening the growth and development of a newborn human baby with the spiritual growth that is meant to be the reality of the Christian walk. He then goes on to explain what the word “kingdom” means, expanding this thought to specifically speak about the kingdom of God. David takes the listener through a comprehensive list of Scripture verses, illustrating that the kingdom of God is not an external matter, but that the kingdom is actually within us as believers.

David then goes on to determine through Scripture, characteristics that qualify or disqualify one from entering into the kingdom of God. Exhorting the listener not to become entrapped in the things of the world, David teaches that nobody can have a foot in two kingdoms - we cannot be part of the kingdom of God while still clinging to the kingdoms of this world.
